From career services to building with AI
Recruitment, SaaS sales, career coaching, international management — my career covers all of it. From Cross Border Talents and Guidepoint (sourcing for hedge funds and consulting firms) to Trivago in Düsseldorf (137.6% of target in month one), every role showed me how companies find people and what makes someone stand out.
Today I run two worlds in parallel. At ACT (American College of Thessaloniki) and through YourJobRemote, I've guided over 1,000 professionals, students, and alumni — CVs, LinkedIn, job search strategy, the works. At Proximos Partners I'm the Global Business & People Manager across London, Thessaloniki, and Dubai — billing, payroll, onboarding — and I've built AI automations for real business processes.
This dual perspective drives YourJobRemote. I know what recruiters look for because I've been one. I know what AI can do because I build with it daily — not as a developer, but as a business professional who learned to get results. Over 1,000,000 lines of AI-orchestrated code — with TalentSpottingAI (400K+ LOC, 10K+ tests) as the flagship. That's exactly what I teach, and what powers our AI CV Builder.
The YourJobRemote Story
Started in 2022. Coming back strong in 2026.
YourJobRemote launched in July 2022 as a career services consultancy — free consultations, career coaching, CV & LinkedIn makeovers. Demand came organically, but by Christmas I couldn't keep up with both serving clients and chasing new ones. Marketing stopped, and the brand went quiet.
Then AI changed everything. What used to require an entire team, I can now build solo — websites, automation, tools, the works. In 2026, I made the call: rebuild YourJobRemote from scratch. Not a refresh — a total overhaul. Clear services, fixed pricing, and a site that's nothing like that old Wix page.
