These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the website yourjobremote.com and the services provided by the business YourJobRemote, owned by Dimitris Chatzigeorgiou, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. By using our website or services, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services
YourJobRemote provides the following services:
1.1 AI CV Builder
A CV creation tool powered by artificial intelligence. The user enters their details (work experience, education, skills) and the AI generates a professional CV in Greek and/or English. Available in both a free and a paid version.
1.2 AI Working Sessions
Individual live 1-on-1 training sessions on the use of artificial intelligence tools. Sessions are conducted online and cover practical applications of AI agents, automations, and task completion.
1.3 Career Advisory Package
A comprehensive 3-session career strategy package that includes: CV and LinkedIn profile completion, job search strategy, and an action plan using AI.
2. Registration & Account
- Certain services require creating an account via Google or LinkedIn.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and all activities carried out through it.
- Creating an account with false information or sharing accounts is not permitted.
- Our services are intended exclusively for adults (over 18 years of age).
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 Service Prices
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable:
- AI CV Builder: €14.99 (one-time payment, not a subscription)
- AI Mastery — Discovery: €75 (1 session)
- AI Mastery — Starter: €199 (3 sessions)
- AI Mastery — Mastery: €349 (5 sessions)
- AI Project Partner — Evaluation: €75 (1 evaluation session, non-refundable regardless of outcome)
- AI Project Partner — Project: €500–€2,500 (depending on scope, quote provided after evaluation, 50% upfront)
- Career Advisory Package: €200 (3 sessions)
3.2 Payment Method
Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards. We do not store card details — these are managed exclusively by Stripe.
3.3 Invoicing
For every payment, a receipt is automatically generated through Stripe and sent to your email, in accordance with Greek tax legislation.
3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our prices. Changes do not affect already completed purchases. None of our services operates on a subscription model.
4. AI CV Builder — Specific Terms
4.1 Free Version
- Filling in details and manual CV editing
- Blurred preview of AI-generated content
- Does not include PDF download
- Does not include full AI generation
4.2 Paid Version (€14.99)
- 5 AI generation attempts per purchase. Each attempt produces a complete CV based on your details.
- 30-day access window from the date of purchase.
- Access to all CV templates.
- Unlimited PDF downloads within the access window.
- CV creation in Greek and/or English.
- Manual editing of AI-generated content is free (does not count as an attempt).
4.3 Access Expiry
After the 30-day window expires or all 5 attempts are used: your CVs remain stored in your account (read-only), you can download already generated PDFs, but you cannot create new AI CVs without a new purchase.
5. Session Bookings (Coaching & Career Advisory)
5.1 Booking Process
Booking is a two-step process: first you select a date and time via Calendly, then you complete the payment via Stripe. The booking is considered final only after successful payment.
5.2 Booking Windows
- Discovery (1 session): The session must take place within 30 days of purchase.
- Starter (3 sessions): Within 90 days.
- Mastery (5 sessions): Within 6 months.
- Career Advisory (3 sessions): Within 90 days.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
6.1 AI CV Builder
- If you have not used any AI attempt, you may request a full refund within 14 days (right of withdrawal under European legislation).
- After using even one AI attempt, the service is considered provided and no refund will be issued, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on digital content.
6.2 Coaching & Career Advisory Sessions
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling to a new date.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: Non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible upon mutual agreement, without guarantee of availability.
- No-show: Treated as a completed session. No refund or rescheduling.
- AI Project Partner — Evaluation: The initial evaluation session (€75) is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
6.3 Cancellation by Us
In the event of a session cancellation on our part (e.g., due to force majeure), we will offer free rescheduling or a full refund, at your choice.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The design, code, logos, texts, images, and all content of the website yourjobremote.com (except user content) constitute intellectual property of YourJobRemote. Copying, reproduction, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
7.2 Your Rights
The CVs you create through the AI CV Builder belong to you. We grant you full rights to use, modify, and distribute your CV. We will not use your CV for any purpose other than providing the service.
7.3 AI-Generated Content
The CV is generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of the content before using it. YourJobRemote does not guarantee that AI-generated content is 100% accurate or suitable for every use.
8. Acceptable Use
When using our services, the following is prohibited:
- Using the AI CV Builder for purposes other than CV creation (e.g., general AI queries, creating unrelated content).
- Automated access (bots, scrapers) without written permission.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits.
- Entering false, illegal, or defamatory information.
- Attempting to bypass payment or security mechanisms.
- Reselling or commercially exploiting the service without permission.
In the event of a violation, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice and without obligation to issue a refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The AI CV Builder service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the CV will lead to employment or specific results.
- Coaching and career advisory services constitute advisory support. Ultimate responsibility for career decisions rests solely with the user.
- We are not liable for any service interruptions due to technical issues, upgrades, or force majeure.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Service Availability
We make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous operation of the website. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be periods of maintenance or upgrades. In the event of scheduled downtime, we will provide advance notice where feasible.
11. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed into Greek law), for digital content supplied without a tangible medium: the right of withdrawal is lost once the provision of digital content begins (i.e., from the use of the first AI attempt), provided that you have given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. This consent is requested during the payment process.
12. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Your CVs will be deleted within 30 days, unless tax obligations require retention.
- We reserve the right to terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
- Termination does not affect PDF files already downloaded or your rights over the content you created.
13. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the website at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. For any dispute, the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece shall have jurisdiction. For consumer disputes within the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
