Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the website yourjobremote.com and the services provided by YourJobRemote, owned by Dimitris Chatzigeorgiou, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. By using our website or services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Services

YourJobRemote provides the following services.

1.1 AI CV Builder

An AI-powered CV creation tool. You enter your details (work experience, education, skills) and the AI drafts a professional CV in Greek and/or English. Available in a free and a paid version.

1.2 AI Working Sessions

Individual live 1-on-1 sessions on using AI tools in real workflows. Sessions are conducted online and cover practical applications of AI agents, automations, and task completion.

1.3 Career Advisory Package

A three-session career strategy package covering CV and LinkedIn refinement, job search strategy, and an action plan supported by AI.

2. Registration & Account

  • Some services require an account, which you can create via Google or LinkedIn.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and for any activity carried out through it.
  • Creating an account with false information or sharing accounts is not allowed.
  • Our services are intended for adults (18 or over).

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 Service Prices

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.

  • AI CV Builder: €14.99 (one-time payment, not a subscription)
  • AI Working Sessions (Discovery): €75 (1 session)
  • AI Working Sessions (Starter): €199 (3 sessions)
  • AI Working Sessions (Mastery): €349 (5 sessions)
  • AI Project Partner (Evaluation): €75 (1 evaluation meeting, including project scope and quote; non-refundable regardless of outcome)
  • AI Project Partner (Project): custom (scope and pricing are agreed during the evaluation meeting)
  • Career Advisory Package: €200 (3 sessions)

3.2 Payment Method

Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards. We do not store card details. They are handled exclusively by Stripe.

3.3 Invoicing

A receipt is automatically generated by Stripe for every payment and sent to your email, as required by Greek tax law.

3.4 Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed. None of our services is a subscription.

4. AI CV Builder: Specific Terms

4.1 Free Version

  • Filling in your details and manually editing the CV
  • Blurred preview of AI-generated content
  • No PDF download
  • No full AI generation

4.2 Paid Version (€14.99)

  • 5 AI generation attempts per purchase. Each attempt produces a complete CV from your details.
  • 30-day access window from the date of purchase.
  • Access to all CV templates.
  • Unlimited PDF downloads within the access window.
  • CV creation in Greek and/or English.
  • Manual editing of AI-generated content is free and does not count as an attempt.

4.3 Access Expiry

Once the 30-day window ends or all 5 attempts are used: your CVs remain stored in your account in read-only mode, you can still download PDFs you have already generated, but you cannot create new AI CVs without a new purchase.

5. Session Bookings (Coaching & Career Advisory)

5.1 Booking Process

Booking is a two-step process: first you pick a date and time via Calendly, then you complete payment via Stripe. The booking is final only after successful payment.

5.2 Booking Windows

  • Discovery (1 session): the session must take place within 30 days of purchase.
  • Starter (3 sessions): within 90 days.
  • Mastery (5 sessions): within 6 months.
  • Career Advisory (3 sessions): within 90 days.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

6.1 AI CV Builder

  • If you have not used any AI attempt, you can request a full refund within 14 days (right of withdrawal under EU consumer law).
  • Once you use even one AI attempt, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be issued, in line with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on digital content.

6.2 Coaching & Career Advisory Sessions

  • Cancellation more than 24 hours before the session: full refund or free rescheduling to a new date.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible by mutual agreement, subject to availability.
  • No-show: treated as a completed session. No refund or rescheduling.
  • AI Project Partner (Evaluation): the evaluation meeting (€75) is non-refundable regardless of outcome.

6.3 Cancellation by Us

If we have to cancel a session (for example, due to force majeure), we will offer you free rescheduling or a full refund, at your choice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

The design, code, logos, texts, images, and all content of yourjobremote.com (except user content) are the intellectual property of YourJobRemote. Copying, reproduction, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

7.2 Your Rights

The CVs you create through the AI CV Builder belong to you. We grant you full rights to use, modify, and distribute your CV. We will not use your CV for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

The CV is drafted by AI based on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the content before using it, including the accuracy of dates, titles, and any achievements stated. YourJobRemote does not guarantee that AI-generated content is fully accurate or suitable for every use, and we are not responsible for hiring outcomes or any professional decisions made on the basis of a generated CV.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our services, the following is not allowed:

  • using the AI CV Builder for anything other than CV creation (for example, general AI queries or unrelated content)
  • automated access (bots, scrapers) without written permission
  • creating multiple accounts to bypass usage limits
  • entering false, unlawful, or defamatory information
  • attempting to bypass payment or security controls
  • reselling or commercially exploiting the service without permission

If you breach these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice and without obligation to issue a refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The AI CV Builder is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that using the CV will lead to employment or to any specific outcome.
  • AI Working Sessions and Career Advisory are advisory in nature. Decisions about your career are yours to make.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues, upgrades, or force majeure.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Service Availability

We take reasonable steps to keep the website running. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be periods of maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure beyond our control. Where we can, we will give notice of scheduled downtime in advance.

11. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Greek law), the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied without a tangible medium is lost once the provision of that digital content begins (that is, as soon as you use your first AI attempt), provided you have given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. This consent is requested during the payment process.

12. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Your CVs will be deleted within 30 days, unless tax obligations require us to retain some data.
  • We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
  • Termination does not affect PDF files you have already downloaded or your rights over the content you created.

13. Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or with a notice on the website at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after the effective date counts as acceptance.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. For consumer disputes within the EU, you can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
